Not a misprint, yes a 3CV. This is an incredibly rare sight and possibly even unique in Europe. Manufactured in the Citroen factory in Argentina we have just imported this beautifully restored example from South Africa. It was named the 3CV and used the 602cc M28 engine. A collector's special....unrepeatable.
